We need about 100 volunteers to make this event a success.
We need help with setup, runner registration, t-shirt sales, crowd control, water stop, finish line management, and cleanup.
6:00 - 9:00 PM - Preparing the GW Gym for packet pickup, and raceday registration, as well as asssembling bibs-chips-labels, eating copious amounts of pizza.
5:00 - 9:00 PM - assist in packet pickup, prepping the gym for raceday, eating copious amounts of pizza.
Thursday (Thanksgiving day):
Times listed are not mandatory, especialy on the early shift. Please remind all fellow volunteers and runners that the start time is 9:00 this year.
5:00 - 8:30 - Setting up fencing, water stop, finish line, and other course logistics. The moving into the gym for packet pickup and registration duties.
Race and clenup:
7:00 - 10:30 Start with registration packet pickup and crowd control, then move onto course marshalling, water stop volunteer, and finally course and gym cleanup.
Thursday all morning:
Please remind all fellow volunteers and runners that the start time is 9:00 this year.
5:30 - 10:00 - Would help with any and all task above.
