Sam Sharp

Originally from Cincinnati, Sam started his track/cross country career at sports powerhouse Moeller High School, where he still holds five individual and relay school records. After a career in law, he started a private coaching business and began racing Masters track & field in 2021. He has since won 10 USATF national championships in the 35-39 age group. In addition to private coaching, he served for 10 seasons as Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach at Wakefield High School, winning five team district championships. He races for Northern Virginia Running Club and Shadow Project Track Club.
