Red Semeon

Red Semeon is a Maryland native who now resides in New York. A graduate of Auburn University, Red was a multiple-time SEC medalist in the 3000m steeplechase and NCAA qualifier. After a prolonged running hiatus post graduation, Red rediscovered the joy in running and began training & racing competitively again in 2023. Now a member of Brooklyn Track Club’s performance team, Red has raced every distance from 1 mile -> a marathon so far in 2025 and is looking to close out the year with a fun 5-miler. This will be his first Alexandria Turkey Trot.
