Samantha Nadel

Sam grew up on Long Island, NY, and attended/ran for North Shore High School, where she was a NYS Cross-Country Champion, NYS Runner-Up in the 3200m and 1500m, and 2x Millrose Games Mile Champion (2008-2012). She attended Georgetown University for undergrad (2012-2016) and University Oregon for grad (2016-2018) where she was a six-time All-American between both schools – 3 at GU and 3 at UO, and a member of the “Triple Crown” winning women’s team at the University of Oregon.

After college Sam ran for the BAA in Boston for a year (2018-2019) then started her coaching career at UNC-Chapel Hill as an Assistant Distance Coach for men’s and women’s cross-country/track (2019-2021) finally moving to the DC area to be an Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator for men’s and women’s cross-country/track (2021-present) at George Washington University
